I love fragrance. I have too many, I know.
But, in the summer, I love a pretty summer scent that isn't offensive or too heavy. One that feels like a tropical vacation even when I'm home living my life. What I don't like is that Coppertone, coconut, plastic-y jasmine, sort of fake vacation scent.
Last summer, I got a travel size of AERIN Hibiscus Palm EDP and went through it in less than a month. That's how much I loved it. I actually got compliments (rare for me). This year, the full size.
What makes it beautiful? Hibiscus, frangipane, Mellati flower (jasmine; national flower of the Philippines), coconut milk, and tiare absolute. Heaven. Think of blue skies and a turquoise sea; soft sand and the sound of waves and tropical birds.
The perfect summery, tropical fragrance.
