Who doesn't love a good lip oil?
I've been collecting lip oils for the past 2 years. It's a fairly new product. I think Clarins might've been the first to introduce it. I have a good number of them. I love them but I know what I'm getting into. Focus on the word "oil". Oils move around more than a "gloss". For me, this means moist lips but also: my hair will stick to it; it has to be reapplied; it will feel goop-y.
A friend of mine was working for iNNBeauty Project and told me about their lip oil; said everyone at Sephora can't get enough of it. That's enough for me to check it out.
Well, in the world of lips oils, this is a pretty good one. I got the shade Glaze #1 Candy Apple. It doesn't have that honey-thick feeling of a product sitting on your lips. It feels like a thick lipstick, in a good way. And the shade is just so pretty. A natural, sort of barely bitten, Jane Birkin-like lip. All I need is a basket. #ripjanebirkin
